Q: How are your books graded?
A: We use clear condition descriptions for each book, noting any significant flaws or wear. Photos accompany listings to show the book’s actual condition.
Q: Are your books authentic?
A: Yes. We specialise in genuine antiquarian and collectible books, and all items are described to the best of our professional knowledge.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item is not as described or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund.
For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), items must be returned in their original condition and packaging at the buyer's expense.
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
