Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use reliable UK and international delivery services. Estimated delivery times are:

UK Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination but usually take 7–21 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal services, customs processing (for international orders), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, item weight, and available shipping service.

UK Free Delivery: We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders over £150. This applies to UK delivery addresses only, subject to the terms displayed on our website and at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and delivery service selected. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

International Shipping

We welcome orders from customers around the world, subject to our available delivery destinations and shipping services.

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and are outside our control.

International deliveries may be delayed by customs clearance or other procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are supplied by the relevant delivery service. The availability and frequency of updates may vary depending on the service and destination.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or arrives damaged, please contact us at marie@literarytreasures.co.uk so that we can investigate and assist you.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable consumer protection laws.

Our delivery estimates do not affect your legal rights if your order does not arrive within the applicable delivery period. We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable law.
